IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR ITEM YOU HAVE 24 HOURS FROM DELIVERY TO CONTACT FOR A REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT. YOU HAVE 10 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FULFILLMENT TO SHIP RETURN-ELIGIBLE ITEMS. WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this. Please email us at info@sonnyandkait.com and we will rectify this right away! However, we're a tiny business, we are not Walmart. We do not cancel orders after they're made, send free merch, issue refunds because you didn't read the description, allow you to keep items after requesting a refund/credit, send discounts just because, or issue refunds after you posted wearing our items. Please be respectful of small businesses.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the fulfillment date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- Some items are ineligible for a return and it will be listed in the product page description.
- If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
- FINAL SALE, FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
