Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE:

Currently, we are running a flat-rate $3.50 USPS shipping on all items excluding candles, if you would like expedited shipping you may select a service at checkout. Free shipping on orders totaling $50+ excluding candles. We cannot guarantee delivery dates! We do our very best to make sure your items ship out on time or early but we cannot be held responsible for USPS delays.

Order Processing Time:

Most items take 2-4 days to process. If you have a special request, please email me at info@sonnyandkait.com and I'll see what I can do. 

Local Tampa Pickup:

Local pick-up is not currently available. You will receive pickup instructions via email when your order is ready. Please do not come to pick up prior to receiving the email, your order will not be ready for you. If you have any questions, reach out to me at info@sonnyandkait.com. 

 

ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY will not be processed until Monday as our office is closed on Saturday + Sundays

All orders will be shipped via USPS.

S&K IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES // If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our us within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

INFORMATION ACCURACY // Please confirm your address and all information before submitting your order at checkout.

DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS // S&K is not in control of any country-specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by our respective government. Taxes + duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes + duties are placed on your package by officials, the fee will be your responsibility. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be changed taxes + duties on the original price of the items. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of items purchased on the shipping label.
